1. How do I know what type of mattress is best for me?

Everyone will have different needs. You can try our free Better Rest Assessment for recommendations specific to your situation. It is also highly recommended that you visit a local store, if you have one near you, so you can be custom fit for the mattress and the pillow.

2. There are no stores near my location, can you ship items to me?

Mattresses ordered online, at www.Denvermattress.com are available for delivery throughout the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

3. Why do I feel stiff or sore after sleeping on my new mattress?

There is a normal adjustment period when you change mattresses The average person will need 1-3 weeks to realign, and get used to their new mattress.

4. Why does my new mattress have a smell?

We ship the mattresses directly from our factory, immediately after they are built. The new foam smell will usually go away within a week or two.

5. Do you custom make mattresses?

We do not make custom sized mattresses. Click here to see a listing of the sizes we offer.

6. My new Mattress feels like I am rolling into the middle.

A mattress will take the shape of what it is sitting on. If you did not replace your box spring or your frame, that could be the problem. A King frame must have at least 6 legs, and a Queen frame must have at least 5 legs touching the ground, to provide enough support. Click to see our available foundations and frames.

7. Can I make purchases online?

Mattresses can be purchased online, at www.DenverMattress.com. Mattresses ordered online are available for delivery only. If you would like to pick up a mattress, please contact your local Denver Mattress store.

8. What address should I send my payment to?

We are not able to process financing payments at the stores, but you can view your account online to pay your bill, view your current balance and due date, check recent transactions and more! You can also contact the financing company directly to find more ways to make payments to your account.

10. Who can I contact about my adjustable bed, to order parts, or for technical assistance?

We currently carry Ergomotion Adjustable Bases, but we used to carry adjustable beds made by Orthomatic or Leggett & Platt, so we have included the customer service phone numbers for both companies.

12. Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

13. Does your company have gift cards or bridal registries?

Furniture Row Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at any of our stores.  The gift cards can be used for purchases at any Furniture Row Store, including Sofa Mart, Denver Mattress, Oak Express and Bedroom Expressions.  Unfortunately, we do not have a bridal registry at this time.

15. Are there any franchise opportunities?

Furniture Row is a privately owned company. We do not have any franchise opportunities available at this time.

16. Do you use any chemical fire retardants in your mattresses?

Denver mattress does not use any chemical fire retardants. We use a rayon-based fiber pad to meet the new federal requirement for a flame barrier. The rayon pad inherently acts as a fire barrier. It doesn't need a chemical solution sprayed onto the fiber. When ignited, the fiber forms a layer of char that cuts off the supply of oxygen to the flame.
