Limited Warranty

Your mattress and/or foundation will be repaired or replaced during the lifetime of the warranty, should they be found defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects as described in this Limited Warranty. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Repair or replacement will be made at no charge to you, however, transportation charges to and from the factory must be paid by the purchaser. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and valid only for residential use. Contract and commercial usages are not covered by this warranty.
In the unlikely event you find need to use this warranty, contact the retail store where you purchased your sleep set. You must provide proof-of-purchase; therefore it is strongly suggested that you retain your sales receipt and warranty certificate. If identical materials are not available at the time of warranty service, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality at our sole discretion.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state. The manufacturer is responsible for no incidental or consequential damages, and implied warranties are limited to the period of the warranty (unless this limitation is specifically prohibited by local or state statute).
This Warranty Covers:
- Coils, wires, or modules that are loose or broken, or that protrude or rip through any fabric.
- Body impressions of 1-1/2” or greater. (The materials used in this mattress are designed to conform to the shape of your body. This ‘nesting’ effect is normal and not considered a manufacturers defect).
- Squeaks or noises.
- Sagging, but only when the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching foundation and an appropriate frame with center support (at least 5 legs for queen and 6 legs for king sets).
- Splitting of the wood frame foundation or damage to the metal center rails (where applicable).
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Stains, soiling, burns, or other abuse (PLEASE use a mattress pad).
- Comfort issues or preferences.
- Damage caused by improper frames.
- Damage caused by existing or inappropriate foundations.
- Normal wear and tear on the fabric
- Normal contouring of the cushion layers.
- Border rods bent from moving or bending the sleep set.
- Handles (for use only in positioning the mattress).
- Transportation cost incurred in servicing the warranty.
For a Long and Comfortable Mattress Life:
DO turn your mattress on a regular basis. The materials used in this mattress are designed to conform to the shape of your body. This ‘nesting’ effect is normal and not considered a manufacturers defect. Turning and rotating will prolong the comfort life of your mattress, but is not required for warranty protection.
DO allow time for your new sleep set to “air.” The high density foams have a new product smell, similar to a new vinyl shower curtain, that will disappear within a week or two.
DO keep your mattress clean. Stains and soiling will void your warranty. Protect your investment with a quilted mattress pad.
DO use an appropriate frame with center support legs. Remember, 5 legs for queen and 6 legs for king size.
DO use a firm, supportive foundation. An old or inferior foundation may not provide sufficient support, and could void your warranty.
DO expect some discomfort, or even a minor backache, while getting used to your new sleep set. We’ve found that it takes most people a week or two for their bodies to adjust to the new sleep surface. After the adjustment period, you’ll be sleeping like a baby!
BEWARE! Avoid these Hazards:
DON’T smoke in bed or place product near open flame. This mattress is manufactured, as required by federal law, to resist, but not necessarily eliminate ignition by smoldering cigarettes, or open flame.DON’T carry the mattress by the handles. Use the handles only for positioning the mattress on the foundation.
DON’T allow your mattress to get wet. Protect it from water or other liquids and fluids. Remember, stains will void your mattress warranty.
DON’T bend, fold, jump on, or stand on your mattress. It could damage some of the materials and void your warranty.
DON’T use dry cleaning fluid of any type on your mattress. These chemicals will damage some of the construction materials.
DON’T remove the law tag label on the end of your mattress. This tag serves as a means of identification to validate your warranty rights.
